crap day today. went and watched hockey team play because sick and injured. we won 7nil vs massey which was good and we played good i ges. i feel horrible. enough said.

played for 20mins of game today. should have only played 10mins. rephrase that - shouldnt have played at all but coach wanted me to play so it was 10mins which extended. back pretty good while playing, quite sore a few times but worst was when back on the sideline watching in the dugout. had to put brace back on to support.

tried freestyle = too sore, backstroke = too sore, ended up doing 20mins of kicking on my back with my hands by my sides. pretty boring stuff really but quads for once felt like they were doing some work so was pleased felt like something benefited. aqua jogging floaty thingys were all being used but hoping to do some aqua jogging next time.

started an attaack point today for when im back training again. mostly because i was sick at home with the flu and incredibly aggitated to get back out and training. pretty pissed off at the nz orienteering selectors at the mo. next doctors appointment friday - thatll be th end of my lastest 2 weeks of doing absolutely no exercise - firm order from doctors.
