Hockey (Game) 20:00 
played for 20mins of game today. should have only played 10mins. rephrase that - shouldnt have played at all but coach wanted me to play so it was 10mins which extended. back pretty good while playing, quite sore a few times but worst was when back on the sideline watching in the dugout. had to put brace back on to support.
swimming 20:00 
tried freestyle = too sore, backstroke = too sore, ended up doing 20mins of kicking on my back with my hands by my sides. pretty boring stuff really but quads for once felt like they were doing some work so was pleased felt like something benefited. aqua jogging floaty thingys were all being used but hoping to do some aqua jogging next time.
