physio gave me the all clear to get exercising again since seeing the spinal surgeon yesterday. went to gym to do some light running on treadmill and my exercises. walked 3min warm up. ran at 6min k's pace for 3 mins then walked 3min again. stopped to assess back and it felt alright so continued with a further 15min running at 6min k's pace. felt really good after. built up a little sweat. was fun to get going again :)

played 1st half (25 mins) and last 10min of 2nd half. we caned macleans 8-1 felt great for last pool game - go thru to semis next week ranked #1! back pain was minimal, felt little sore every now and again but mostly good. got intense cramp in both calves bout 3min before half time tho, major pain that really hurt! prob cos not used to being back exercising again. felt awesome after hockey put me in such a good mood!
