Duathlon. was feeling a bit flat but enjoyed it. No one to chase on second lap as gaps were big.

Legs were moving faster than it felt. Haven't done a brick session in ages so wasn't used to the switch and legs felt wobbly. Happy made it through the course and was able to pick it up a bit to the end to hold off one catching. No one in sight ahead for whole route besides last 500m so just had to keep it going alone.

all the climbs from JMC lite, still not sure where the descent is. Couldn't get HR up besides on the ascent as the flats and downhill are really rocky and/or steep so difficult to actually get speed. Would prefer some lower drop shoes on that terrain, Salomons feel like high heels. Really pretty views and enjoyable run though both ankles took a turn so bit of after pain and heeling needed. Used the poles on Panorama and might be a good call to use in JMC. Should maybe use for the rocky bit up top and the descents too?
