Ride from Joondalup Arena with Jacko. We headed around lake Joondalup checking out any paths to find new tracks. Nothing technical but at least we have more options now on the MTB's with some nice tracks found.
A couple of hills near the finish, finding a nice little loop for some future MTB hill reps, the downhill was fun but bumpy just going straight down the hill with no trail to follow.

After not being able to do much on the weekend due to a conference, then feeling a bit sick on Monday, an appointment with the neurologist on Tuesday leaving me a little stressed and a very busy day yesterday it was nice to finally get out on the bike this morning. I caught the train to Edgewater and rode into work from there.
I'll have to learn a few short cuts that others seem to always take as I am quite often passing the same riders twice without them passing me.
Nice morning to be out riding.
