30th out of water (acording to mum) choppy + weed + my slowness lol. went to take a few breaths and got sea water yum!

tri. probs gunned it to hard itb was being homo again, wonder if i can get it removed :P. in 10th off the bike. 3min pb but had WAY to much water wich i paid for l8r

aboslutly died, i was in 10th and caught 8/9 after 50m then the like 2l of water hit me + my itb was homo from being on a bike for 30min. after the 2nd lap i picked up the pace but nothing above 4min/k's. as a result im doing the bike leg for relays. because noone else wants to and my run was verrrry adv. hopfully i dont explode and do something cronic to my itb tomoz
