1st Training after one week without training because I was injured. I decided not to run very far, so I was able to test if my right calf was ok. It was, so there will be a long training on saturday and maybe again one short tomorrow,

It was a test race over 6 km. I was starting quite fast in the beginning with a pace of 4 min/km but had to slow down a little bit since I had some problems with my right calf. This is an old problem of mine. To make it get better, I`ll have to make a rest day tomorrow and I`ll do some stretching.

Slow forrest run with some street parts in the end. I was running quite slow in the beginning and became faster in the end. It was raining during the entire session. That made running in forrest a little bit harder.
