Running 39:12 [3] 5.0 mi (7:50 / mi)
Interval workout. Goal was to do a warm up, then a mile under 7, half mile break, then a mile under 6:45, half mile break, then a mile under 6:30. I made the first two goals without too much trouble, even hit the second mile in 6:38 without having my heart rate go above 178. The thrid one was super tough, first, I started my watch late, so I did the first tenth of a mile under my "half mile break" split. Then I ran the rest of the mile (looks like I did .86 miles in 5:40, so I was .04 miles short) as hard as I could but couldn't get my average pace under 6:35. So, I missed the goal. Great workout though. I'll get it next time. Here's the data:
