Setting controls for the members only meet.

Although it seems most were pretty worn out by the heat and thick vegetation, I think the meet went fine.

I enjoyed setting an unclearable Score-O, I think it is a good change of pace to force the top runners to do the same thing that intermediate runners have to do -- make skip decisions.

Mountain Biking 1:40:00 [2]

Two laps at Leb with my buddy Eric who is just getting into the sport. The trail is in great shape, with a few small new features. He really got after it. Fell on most every log, and left with lacerations to a knee, the opposite shin, and dent in his helmet (my old one), and scrapes on his neck. I felt like a bad friend. At one point I recall telling him that going faster is one of the best ways to get better.

He left with a smile on his face though, I think that's all that matters.
