orienteering 1:12:00 [5]

Very fun urban scavenger hunt. 120 participants. $500 to the winner. Biz and I teamed up, and we took home the dough!

Fun city races was a first time promoter. Good stuff.

Run at the river bottoms. Felt tired at the beginning and great at the end. Go figure.

Nice cool night, a light sprinkle, nobody (almost) on the trail.

Fast loop at leb, but a little slower than last night. Using the STRAVA app on the iphone, my favorite app to date. Really fun and provides good workout motivation, check it out!

Fastest loop I could do at leb. Expert to intermediate, without the terrain park at the end.

Mile on the treadmill warm up and then squats, lunges, deadlifts, add, abductor, one leg squats. good workout.

Classic Bjorn race-- designed by and for
Sneaky and anal retentive engineer types. Andrei and I finished either 3rd or 4th time-wise but got minus 4 because we missed all the tricky/anal stuff. Well that's not true, there were at least 5 tricky ones. well nearly all 19 were very tricky, but 5 were arguably deceptive/not readily apparent.

Great race, great workout. I half bonked. No dinner and no GU meant slow legs for the last 30 minutes.

Good stuff as always.
