Yellow course! A nice warm-up and opportunity to get on the map. Veteran move - learned it by watching todd and darryn.

orienteering 50:50 [5] 4.25 mi (11:58 / mi)

Red course. Was is the mood for running hard finally, now that the weather is cool. Had a good run, just a few small mistakes, one 30s, and a few 10-15s ones.

Mountain Biking 1:20:00 [4]

Two loops at leb - solid pace. Trail is a bit chopped up from heavy usage, but still great fun. Seemed a bit more dry than I expected.

Trail run at the river bottoms with Biz and a full pack. Felt pretty good but the right achillies is hurting a bit - might need to back off before nationals : (

Cycling 1:30:00 [4]

Rode to Biz's chilled with bebe, when out with Biz, attacked some segs, but got 2nd place on them all, then went back to kick it more with bebe. Awesome little girl, lucky to have MoBiz for parents!
