Nice loop on the fatty today. Not long enough, but getting out for more than 3 hours has proven to be difficult this winter.

Trying to find some new trails. I did, but they petered out and I eventually ended up thinking I needed to get to the railroad tracks fast, and crossed a marsh, at 10PM. That gave me some adrenaline, but frankly was a stupid thing to be doing, as there could have been moving water/ thin ice somewhere I suppose. I was very cautious and no issues, and the exploring was pretty fun.

I am on a GJ review bike from here through the arrowhead, and I kind of hate to say it, but it's WAY better than my bike. It's a full SIX pounds lighter, and has extended gear range. Borealis Yampa XX1. So that's likely a huge advantage I just picked up!

Strength Training 45:00 [4]

Hit the gym for some solid circuit training. Alternating strength with balance/core/functional stuff. Looks a bit silly what with all the meatheads around, but but at least I'm not a tubby meathead -- good workout.
