Mountain Biking 1:45:00 [3]

A nice loop testing gear with Dave on the river bottoms. It was -10 with 13 mph winds, downright balmy compared to what we are up against (21mph steady winds with temps at a high of -13 reaching as low as -30, which will make headwind riding around -70 below).

Although I vow to remain smart and methodical on course, undoubtedly, Monday will require beast mode.

Mountain Biking 1:30:00 [3]

Cold ride, ending at REI for more foot warmers. Felt good, although still worried a bit about my feet. There is virtually no good way to keep feet warm if you are planning on clipping in.

Arrowhead is so brutal, and the forecast is aweful.

I'm still going to do it though, and if I had to guess, it will go just fine. Just not really looking forward to it.

30 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill, followed by de strength work. Last speed stuff before the arrowhead. A few rides and maybe one lifting session from here in. Feeling good.

A W over the other top team in the league, awesome. We are now 10-3 and in a good position to make the club champs.

Strength Training 45:00 [3]

About three hours combined of hiking with the dogs, shoveling, playing with me niece and nephew, snowmobiling, and doing pull ups on my bar today make for at least 45 minutes of loggability today.
