Running 1:54:00 [4] 14.2 mi (8:02 / mi)

Wentzel was signed up for the Get Lucky Half Marathon and wanted a buddy to run with him. I showed up morning of, and did not register regrettably, but we had a good run. We ran really even splits until the last two miles, where we backed off a bit as we tired. We just wanted enjoy it and get it done, neither of us has been running much this winter.

It was cold, 21 degrees, and a bit breezy as well which made going out easy and coming back difficult.

I felt good throughout, with the exception of my right hip (at both the front hip flexor area and the side/back near what might of been a performis attachement?) Hurt badly the last mile.

A good jumpstart to the spring!

Ride into the Gear Junkie office and back. We are talking up a new venture, poosibly. Very early stages of planning so far, but possibly very exciting things to come.

Exercise Bike 1:15:00 [4]

Spin class at CycleQuest. Legs were a bit on the tired side but felt great to workout. Good stuff. Can't wait to ride the roads, but I'm just not sure I'm ready to get out quite yet...
