Running 45:19 [3] 5.2 mi (8:43 / mi)

Road and trail run, trying to keep a few runs mixed in despite focusing on the bike lately (and will be for the entire summer).

Mountain Biking 30:00 [3] 7.0 mi (14.0 mph)

Biked up to grab dinner at Noodles, then stopped in at REI, on a new test bike. Lapierre XR - one of the sexiest mountain bikes I've laid eyes on.

Cycling 2:14:00 [4] 49.0 mi (21.9 mph)

Big road ride on a gorgeous night with the Lifetime "A" group. First hour was pretty light, but we dropped the hammer on the way home. Finished pretty trashed, excellent ride overall. Average of 22mph might be my fastest 50 miles ever.

Running 50:00 [3] 5.8 mi (8:37 / mi)

A seg hunting mission in 9 mile creek. There is a downhill mile there where Eric took my KOM in 5:49/mile.

I was able to drop 5:38 on it to retake the crown.

Running 1:50:00 [3] 8.0 mi (13:45 / mi)

Headed down to Mt. Kato for the mountain bike race. So why is this a running entry? Because it was too muddy for me to get my bike out of the back seat. What a disaster! I ran too laps, until I got a blister, then watched. but everyone dropped out eventually -- only 8 elite and 9 comp guys finished.
