orienteering 4:30:00 [3] 50.0 mi (5:24 / mi)

After a week or two of work, the course was finally ready to be set! Maps finalized, instructions printed, volunteers and food and everything lined up, the 13th annual MNOC AR was fun to put together, and I hope that all of the athletes enjoy it!

I really enjoyed setting it today, especially the evening paddle beneath the full moon, and setting sun. The loons were calling and the water was very clear. Baxter hopped in the boat with me, and it was quite a memorable adventure.

No more directing AR's for me for at least two more years, I did not get much work done, or time spent with Jenn. Feels good to be finished!

orienteering 1:04:00 [3] 15.8 mi (4:03 / mi)

Buck Thursday night races. Fast group (expert/advanced) 16th of 81, my best finish to date. Feeling good on the bike.

Running 1:10:00 [3] 9.0 mi (7:47 / mi)

warm and muggy today, a good opportunity to get some heat training in. Did a slow 9 mile run in terrain, got the blood plasma levels peaked, trained my sweat glomules to reabsorb more sodium, we are G2G.
