Run long (Sammamish Trail) 1:33:19 [3] 9.0 mi (10:22 / mi)
shoes: Mizuno Wave Inspire 4

Trying out the Vdot recommended Long run pace which was calculated at 10:28. Had a hard time staying on pace since I wasn't used to that one, but it averaged out to 10:22 so it worked out. Nice to do an easy pace, it made the run enjoyable. Ate a couple shot bloks after an hour to get used to digesting them while running.

Upper/lower body strength training and stretching. Still have head cold. Aiming to do my long run tomorrow, tho.

Pro Club run. Started to run up to Bridle Trails, but it *poured* on us- cold rain, too! Cut run short to 3 miles and then did 15 mins on step mill. Still have head cold- yuck. Running in cold rain not so helpful.

Day after race, woke up with sore throat :-(. Needed to loosen legs up, so went to circuit training. Did the Elliptical machine and upper/lower body workout with lots of stretching after. Legs fine on Tuesday but cold has set in worse so no working out, just errands.
