5 x beach start x 5 x 30s on, 30s off
Fun session. Was able to stay with the mid pack at times. 30s was short enough so I could go very close to flat out. Smaller paddle suit me better too. Instead of stopping dead in the water it flows through it and allows me use my CV system rather than my amazing quantities of brute strength.
