Training Log Archive: CleverSky

Downhill skiing (for the first time in over a decade) at Smuggler's Notch (and much longer than that since I had skied in the east). The snow was generally not so good (pretty icy), although at the end of the day we found better snow, particularly on one steep bumpy trail. My ski equipment is conspicuously antique at this point, but my ability doesn't seem to have faded — after a few minutes to get settled in, I felt like I was skiing about as well as I ever had.
