Bye Bye Peekskill training at Bushy Ridge. Kind of warm, taking it easy, and pretty sloppy on the navigation. There are a couple where I might not have actually been in the right place. Unpleasantly thick for the first part, gloriously open for the middle, and fine (largely on trails) at the end. Did the last part jogging along and chatting with Eddie. Took a fall about halfway between 10 and 11, and did something funny to my chest -- I didn't hit anything, but it feels like a cracked rib (in terms of quality, but not in intensity, I can barely feel it most of the time).

Bye Bye Peekskill training at Blue Mountain. Nice open woods, map with no trails or stone walls. Not pushing things (due to the chest discomfort). Pretty entertaining to run past a kickball game with live commentary on the PA system.
Thanks, Neil!
Note
The consensus from those gathered was that I am indeed looking fat, and appear to be about 10 pounds overweight. Nothing to do but go on a diet, I guess.
