I was surprised at the time considering how bad I felt. Thats normal since I didn't work out since the race on Saturday. Knee was a little sore after the run but it wasn't bad. I just need to keep stretching and icing it.
Right knee held up well during the race. It was sore afterwards and still a little sore today (Monday). I'm going to take a couple days off and let it heal.
Recovery ride. Put the bike on a low resistance and just spun. Felt pretty good. The right leg was a little sore beforehand but felt better after ward.

Great tempo run. Last time I was hurting at about 5 miles. I didn't start feeling tired until about 6.5 miles into the 8 mile run. My right knee was a little sore. Made sure to stretch and ice it.
