Bum kicks, fast feet, slow high knees, side steps, fast high knees, bounds.
Then 3x 150m sprints (all I had time for).

Swimming 33:30 [3] 1.5 km (22:20 / km)

Brockwell lido again, up to 16 degrees now which is nice and comfortable in a wetsuit
500m steady swimming, 500m drills, 500m with a couple of pushes. Learned doing the pull buoy drills that I am quite unbalanced and probably using my legs/arms too much to rebalance rather than lever myself forwards. Need to concentrate on this and better core strength wouldn't hurt either.

Cycling 47:00 [2] 18.2 km (23.2 kph)

to & from the lido, what a nice day for a ride.

absolutely knocked for 6 this morning. Felt like a case of food poisoning to begin with but by mid-afternoon more like general lethargy. Possibly too early to have done some hard work yesterday? Although felt fine before and after.

Cycling intervals 30:12 intensity: (20:12 @2) + (10:00 @4) 13.2 km (26.2 kph)

A few laps of the new beckenham loop including two ~5 min efforts at tempo pace, around 33 kph for the quickest one.

Road running tempo 17:27 [4] 4.3 km (4:03 / km) +45m 3:51 / km
shoes: Asics Hyperspeed (i)

Then straight into a short transition run again at tempo pace. Did feel quite clunky as expected but pace was ok considering the hills.

Brockwell lido, chilly at 14 degrees but not bad really once I was going.
Mainly just steady swimming with the occasional drill thrown in.
