Off-road running intervals 44:30 intensity: (25:00 @1) + (14:30 @2) + (5:00 @5) 7.85 km (5:40 / km)

11x 150m hard off generous recoveries (45-60 secs)
Ran it in two sets: 6x 26 secs on grass, 2-3 mins jog then 5x 28-29 secs on sand
Good fun. I basically never run this fast so hoping it will help me out for the mile. Didn’t feel as though I was losing my form but there will be harder sessions to come...
