Ran it in two sets: 6x 26 secs on grass, 2-3 mins jog then 5x 28-29 secs on sand
Good fun. I basically never run this fast so hoping it will help me out for the mile. Didn’t feel as though I was losing my form but there will be harder sessions to come...
