With Thursday group, another beasting
Ticked along ok at a decent pace on flat ground, but as soon as anyone out in effort going uphill I was struggling. In mitigation James & paul do like to push harder uphill than I would on a normal long run and doing this after a tempo last night then a light tea was a challenge.
