Finsbury Park race
Pleasantly surprised, left hamstring is OK but still needs nursing round so kept it quite steady. Thought I would end up a bit further down if anything - it felt like I was maybe 20s/km slower than I could manage - so perhaps my underlying fitness is decent.

Road running warm up/down 15:00 [1] 2.5 km (6:00 / km)
shoes: Saucony Kinvara

Cycling 1:07:31 intensity: (17:34 @1) + (35:33 @2) + (14:24 @3) 32.28 km (28.7 kph) +322m
ahr:140 max:162

Slightly shorter than usual north loop, good option to cut out the last bit to great offley as it makes the ride easier to fit into the day and the short run down lodge farm road is actually a fair bit nicer than it looks at the very beginning.
Did the majority in zone 2 this time and still no ill effects to speak of.
