Easy round kimpton/codicote. They’ve resurfaced possibly the worst stretch of road in the area, from codicote down to Welwyn, makes a big difference.

V similar route to last weekend but looped round to climb toms hill and ivinghoe, and missed out berkhamstead high street.
Pleased to be a bit quicker and better able to push on. Don’t think training is supposed to work that quickly so I suspect it’s partly recovering from being a bit worn out, but I’ll take it.

Greenwich park race
Nice run, should have avoided a banana though towards #8 where I put my map in my pocket and followed two people on the wrong line.
Strangely felt like it was a steadier effort than at the weekend but avg and peak heart rate both higher.
Brought a few from work who seemed to enjoy themselves.
