Bonelli Park Loop after rain w/ Monique. She was on the single speed killing the climbs. Fun trails out there and found some new singletrack too.

I was still feeling sick and plan on taking the next two days off. Hitting the vitamins and tea pretty good. Got some stretching and rest today after

Felt like I was on the verge of getting sick all day. Could not sleep last night and up all night. Took it easy today. Watched Time Trail and went to some bike shops w/ Monique. A few options for training today with various groups but decided to recover @ Moniques parents.

Wanting to swim the last week and need some wts but trying to stay consistent on the running. Late night treadmill workout got me back after a day of good food.

1mi - warmup - 150bpm
1mi - fast - 165bpm
.5mi - tempo - 155~
.5mi - fast - 170bpm
1mi - sub-T pace 150bpm
.5mi - cooldown - sub 150bpm

Lots of stretching and more veggies, fruit, water vitamins.

some abs and push ups before/after run. More stretching than anything but abs are sore next day. weak!

Fullerton Loop ---
1st ride on F-Loop w/ Moni, Keevin, Nat and her BF. Rode SS and felt like crap. Neck jacked and felt sick on and off on the ride but super fun loop. Too many cookies and ice cream in the last few days!

Easy pace on streets around house. Finally started using my watch proactively and set the big numbers on HR and did not let it get over 150bpm. Ran about 13min out, 1:30 walk and 13min back. Easy pace and felt pretty good.

El Moro - quick ride before dark. Chain was slipping and found I had a link that was just about to snap. "Nothing better to do" was EPIC! and it just rained the night before and was in the zone w/ Ipod. Probably better that I had the chain issue/dark or I would have blown my load riding for hours.

Peters Canyon run w/ Monique and Keevin. Easy pace over rollers and flat on the way back. Kept the intensity under control and distance went by a bit faster than we thought. Didnt want to run over 5 mi but it was still not too much. Legs feel tired.

Peters Canyon loop after run. Singlespeeding w/ M&K was super fun into the dark. Need to get on it more

Rode into the dark and walked when the rollers got to slow. Sore more from the ride and didnt feel like pushing at all. Need a rest day and going into taper.
