Blue Diamond ride w/ Monique, Tiff and Wes. Trails were AWESOME! Started to rain on out last 20min or so out. Black Vel, Night lights?, little Viagra. Started @ town.

6hr Duathlon race - Bootleg - Followed the M's around on some laps - easy pace until last lap. Put fork on last 2 laps. Suspension is NICE! :-)
Good times. Glad that I did not race and blow the season.

woke up @ 3am and it was party time. Resting easy easy day. Got a lot done w/ work and trying to get the feet back to normal. Swelling is down but still feeling pulse, etc in heels.

Hotel Gym - Core and legs blasted butt. Foot still swollen and started wearing slippers today to dry out feet. Legs feeling strong despite not hitting the wts for a few weeks.

Bako Pool is my favorite!! Swimming has not felt so "natural" since high school. Easy, easy feel for the water and avg 15-16 strokes. Frequency! Muscle transition after workout but feeling like I can swim all day now.

Easy pace on Bako bike path w/ Monique in the pissing rain. Frozen, amazing views and killer hotel, stay tonight. Lucky , lucky boy.

---Could not sleep due to bleeding heels, swollen feet now. 10 days from snowshoe race and heels are trashed. Left foot swollen/muscles may have been pulled running/bike - solid pressure when walking/standing. Held through weekend but resting now to duathlon this wkend. Hopefully not more than surface issue.
