Awesome race - All came together and best mental/pace/push/etc yet. Took lead on bike to water, in water start to finish, bike all by my lonesome out front and finished the run off in 1st place overall. SO frickin stoked!!!!!!!

Time on water 41:31 -Avg 6.8mph (8:49min/mi pace)

2.5min lead out of the water, 10min after bike and finished 13min ahead after run

Did not plan on a rest day but busy - 7pm and going for dinner so maybe run after but never ran the day before a race before? - Feeling rested and no "sick" symptoms - READY TO RACE!

Feeling better this morning w/ less mucus, etc and getting loads of sleep and drinking gallons of water. Probably a good habit to keep.

Quick a.m. paddle jst feeling it out. Feet are not going numb but legs void of blood when I got out of the boat...???

still have a cough and loads of mucus in sinus - yuck... Feeling rested more in the body however and may go get some anti's today.

3,2,1,1 (@6:32,5:40,5:15,4:49 paces) run at Back Bay with equal recoveries (walking where needed). HR responded 182max. super dehydrated and needed to poop the entire time.

easy spin around BB loop right after run. Sucked down 2 water bottles in less than 30min. Thirsty!

Fist ride w/ Toupe seat that I put on over a week ago. Have not been on the road bike in a while. Miss it. Legs feeling better than Sunday but no hard efforts - spindown.

drinking GALLONS of water all day and little going out. Must have been pretty dehydrated? Busy @ work all day w/out time to see a Dr. Jst planning on more sleep tonight
