1500 yards at CDM-HS w/ Monique to kick off the birthday SBR. Did about 600 non-stop with lots of flopping around between. Wore the PZ3 to keep warm in this cold climate we live in back home.

MTB makes me a happy boy. Aliso loop w/ M and some light sprinkles towards the end. Just enough to make the trail down meadows tacky and FUN. Legs felt pretty dang strong and power number there when I hit some steeper stuff but didnt test or push it. Okay with loosing major watts over the next few weeks. Felt GOOD to be back on the mountain bike!
Running 37:00 [2] 4.32 mi (8:34 / mi)
Trail run after ride out on the dirt path rollers. Ran easy w/ Monique and HR about 130bpm with the walking breaks over the top of the hills...Saw the biggest bob cat I have ever seen yet. Spotted and like a large dog.
R groin felt tight and then tired but other than that all was good while running. After my outer lower legs are feeling sore and just like yesterday. The stand up paddle worked my already tired balance muscles.
