Big Bend loop in El Moro w/ Monique and Clancy. Rib still hurt a bit on the downhill but calf loosened up more than ever on the climb. Only left steady on the climb(16:22) but felt like I never stopped running. Rhythm like 6 days and hours in but RESTED, no fatigue, feeling STRONG climbing and lungs saturated with oxygen. Not a day out there

mega mega..t storms and maybe 2-3hr slep on the garage floor at base camp. Good crew as always and helping out (but not really) at P&K's trial runs then sweep ride w/ Keevin and Sean. Lots of familiar faces out there and good times as always

one of THE rides that go deep. Bluesails bound bushwhacking and single track finding around Nicks Nature center and into back part of El M to dark then found more 1 track under only the moonlight and city lights floating back to some grinds and limitless laughter. fill me up!
