Another day in paradise - Santa Monica style - Westridge run w/ the crew. Good leg turn heading back to the car. Views were incredible....

easy ride before brunch out and back - Madison - got talked into saying over (skipped cx reace in Temec) after some good eats and giggles on 10th st porpoise palace.

Quick swim w/ Dave and M on the way out at Pacific Pal.

last 100 off the blocks and faded on last 25. forgot that i really like to swim

Santa Monica big group ride - Up to the Boo and some sick climbing views. Worried at 1hr in but then felt a change at about 2hrs. hmm? Engine? Found myself floating to the front group staring the climb (painful but familiar and just stayed there. Started feeling better and better so rode off front w/ Greg until he was done and then let it RIP. Sitting on 3xxwatts for the rest of the climb and not pegging it. It just kept coming and I kept feeling better. Weeks since I did a "real" effort. Wow... I am RESTED. Dropped back down to the group and then M for a repeat. Good Lord I like to climb mountains!!

Quck run on the Q w/ M before heading out to lunch w/ and weekend in SM. Lots of laughs over the weekend and packed with balance and good food.

Ran the Q loop and then out to Bomber and just didnt want to stop. Loving new job and setup.

Got my Hoka's after lunch so opted to give them a go. Headed out over the 405 to run the path and bouncing along again and again didnt want to stop. No socks. Pace is there. Rested. Smile on Face
