nice trot down to the Q loop and then two laps counter clock at 11:25 & 11:02 then a couple more at steady before heading back. beautiful clear day. Legs sore but felt good running and feeling ben of weights and hills. Yday was steep!

up up up to hang glider poo poo points and met Gwen just in time to get the tour to three peaks(the hilly route). Quads are sore - R quad cramping or giving out last descend back. crazy change in trails along the way.
From what we gather this was a very rare dry, sunny, warm PERFECTION day on the trails. Typical... Good talks and good times.

walking to yoga and back then to class and back. prob 8-9mi around city. Just loggin tim on feet.

appropriate rain ride before Seattle flight. Looped BB and up 133. Not sore. I guess all this low volume and rest crap is taking its toll. Getting use to the weights too. May need to up my game. Lookout nasty girls.
