morning loop up to bomber and then heart hill and took east fork trail (first time - still finding new trails!). Rad loop that drops right back to the base of the switchbacks of turtle block loop. That may need to wait until June.
Feeling ok but not great or crappy. just plugging along and started opening up down East Fork and my right foot found a rabbit hole. Ate crap enough to rip up my knees and knock the wind out of myself...been a while. That was fine but sprained my R ankle again going into the hole and had to walk until I got out. Just what I wanted to avoid. 3 installs back to back and no ice/rest and pretty swollen now but all good. That was last real run anyways and the mind is ready.
