Aliso path in w/ M from close to Brisley pad. Same as last time but not as far and feeling much better. No niggles over the last couple months but lots of pains in the last few days. WTF? Ankles and body just sore but got in a good rhythm today and surprised at ez pace. Too much sitting and stress at twork. Long runs clean out the body.

Santiago Oaks with Monique - ez pace just floating along. Rested.com! Ankle still hurts. Up Coach Whip down Deer. Best trails yet at that place and all in bloom. So much more there too...

Never been this rested but better to overdue that here. Another cutover tonight and slamed until PTO so mind starting to crave a long run in the wild too. Can't wait to hang with the party crew. Perfect - could not ask for more.

quick 2 laps on Q finishing on call. Allende has record number of support esc open..i have my share + 4 installs this week/wkend. Not ideal but a different type of stress. rested. ankle better but now realize shin is from it and first time feeling running.

morning loop up to bomber and then heart hill and took east fork trail (first time - still finding new trails!). Rad loop that drops right back to the base of the switchbacks of turtle block loop. That may need to wait until June.

Feeling ok but not great or crappy. just plugging along and started opening up down East Fork and my right foot found a rabbit hole. Ate crap enough to rip up my knees and knock the wind out of myself...been a while. That was fine but sprained my R ankle again going into the hole and had to walk until I got out. Just what I wanted to avoid. 3 installs back to back and no ice/rest and pretty swollen now but all good. That was last real run anyways and the mind is ready.

rolled around Irvine to clear the mind and spin the legs.
