Felt R rib swimming and limited but it hurt paddling and laying on the board for sure...just so happy I dont even feel it running.

Same moving time as last time(6:44 total) but added Peak and down Bear Flats after Icehouse/T's/Notch. Great day w/ M, Carrie, Matt Gunn, Brian B, Kevin, Jesse crew - very rare to have all that group out and perfect match.

Feet feeling it all the Wonder miles and felt tinder hiking but I have never felt stronger or better downhill. Thought quads would be weak but just relaxed and floating down last 6 mile descent feeling great. A little of everything today including the heat and clouds that turned to rain then hail by the time we got to the peak. Awesome day on the trails

Out through the canyon and back in Irv Blvd to car. 5 Flats today...ha ha ha. Focused on a goal enough to only laugh it up. Live is always good when your looking at the light.

3x1000 with about 1min rest between. Slow but steady. Elbow no pain but swollen. R rub still sore but not getting worse

Out to University and back in the path. R rib a bit sore but legs feel good. Floating along at low 7min pace. Having specific fitness is VERY key but cannot help to think about overall form and strength from 2010 to today. Night and day...

Flop at 24hr Irvine. Elbow feeling better but R ribs bruised from fall on day 3. Good news is that L side back is OK now and legs feeling good. Almost time for Nova

Road spin w/ Monique up the path and back Irv Blvd/Jeff. She is efficient and looking strong. My legs feel worlds better than yesterday. Recovery come quick.

Epic w/ flat tires out to Petes for a drink and back. Legs feel a tad heavy...must be from the OTH race on Tuesday
