Coast ride with with Monique from James pad out to Oside and back. So nice riding down here and fun on the road bike. Really missing just training...

Paddle 30:00 [3]

surf session w/ James and Monique from D Street fun. Felt better paddling but over the falls more than waves. Rejuvenation! Ankle feels almost better and R ham almost there. No pain except duct dives

Strength 25:00 [2]

Core and stability, lat pull downs in pad gym while M ran. Not too sore outside fall/ham from mostly all uphill running

Took my bike for a walk in the morning before meetings. Very happy that the EA upgrade got pushed to next week. I get to sleep tonight! R foot still a bit bruised from surf and R butt black and blue but not really hurting. Beyond rested and lazy at this point - feeling like I lost truck loads of fitness but I am willing to try something new and have nothing to lose anyways.

back out on same trails in the park but took the Perl Charles Trail around to the back and over. Tech trails and rock on rock on rock. Taking my time more focused on taking pictures and looking around. Didnt sprain ankle!

Loosened up on the way back but still feel sloppy and tight in hips...ho hum.. taper. Rested, rested, rested and willing to try something new but feel flat for sure. Just want to sit by this nice river pool and float.

PHX trails RIGHT across the little street from out pad here. rocky trails like Bootleg and lots of steeps. Top of hams sore but likely from sitting and maybe band work the other day. Busy enough at work to keep busy. Good team here
