Mellow ride with Nick and the wise wizard Art Sosa. Gelt even better than day before and so nice on that DA. Out n Back to the canyon and picked up Scott before long lunch leaning from Art.

I have not had any issue with shin for a long while but have not been doing much. Only other time I felt it was after ride with Evan up Portola. Didn't hurt on this ride but then felt it as soon as I walked out of Nicks and then for the rest of the day until I did squats later that night and it went away with some good cracking.

1st real ride on DA1-Di2. Very enjoyable ride down to HB and back w/ Mike and Jim. Beautiful morning and day out. Perfect riding weather and perfect friday roll. That bike is so smooth and comfy. - i am fat and happy but out of shape

ISD came in today...Aug would be the 1yr mark! Pushed us over quota and still a month left in the qtr to crush it.

Lesson 2/5 w/ Daniel at Rancho.

Worked on mirror and not cocking wrist in movement and back & arm drop on setup. Then 80min massage w/ Paula. Perfect way to start the long weekend! Life is GOOD!

30min on the precore in the early morning hours then walking around SJ and golf course w/ a run across the _long_ parking lot w/ no issues.

Quick session after precore. 3x15 bench single leg lunge and 3x20 bench leg ups.

San Jose - small bucket just using P and 8 again. Change from Daniel but really the hip snap from John was a massive help. No effort at all and much, much more consistent. Now hitting the 8 iron just about as far as I use to hit my driver or 3 wood but landing 90% within a 10 meter circle. Trust the swing. Long way to go but savoring the process...fun!

took a cab from the a port but walked all else around San Jose. Crisp clear air and love the walking but makes me miss Seattle. I need me some Weeger time!

just so happened to have a nice 18 hole right next to my hotel and on the way from the office. Stopped by and they had some lefty clubs so I put them to use... Front knee bend, hip driven glory. Easy swings and probably the "best" consistency, distance and accuracy yet. Get up, stand up.

Rancho w/ Monique - 21 sleeves at 5+ rounds of chip up. 56 & 60 over bunkers and a couple onto the green. Then driving range splitting a bucket and impromptu lesson from John. Got 56, 3 wood and hybrids today. yeeea... full setup ready to rock.
