pretty stoked. Early quick run and then swimming with Monique. WU including some 50's w/ M on my hip then 5x100 on 1:45 until I faded (1:20-1:25) and then 2x200 snorkel, 2x200 pull. Fading quick but felt so nice to get a good swim in and much better than last weekend.

Ran the steep loop from the singletrack off of Thomson cyn and down the front of the mills trails. 2nd time running that but first running the 1mi climb (10min) without walking. Felt good and holding pretty good paces. A loop with everything. Parked at Town

Back in the saddle again.

Nicks to switchbacks, bomber, Fline, raddlesnake, i think i can, Emerald falls, Willow, Laurel, stage coach...fun loop with Scooter, KCB, Z and Nick.

Felt good all day and way better than last weekend at Crystal Lake. Legs are going to be sore but not fade and felt like I could ride a lot longer. Didnt hold back much on the climbs but same pace. Riding on the trails with friends. Yes, please!
