Crystal Lake with Max, Anthony and Nick (who is getting STRONG)

A little worried from fatigue and a fast start but climbing well. Sore from the sisters but climbed with Anthony when I wanted and to the cafe. Ez heading down and tired for sure. Cold but we were loaded up for it - no snow. Love that climb and the views. Feels good to be making the grade again.




2 jackets, 2 gloves, 2 pants, many shirts...almost warm enough.

7 Sisters round 3 with the 7 bru cru - Z, Q, Scoot, Nick, Keevin and Jerry.




Felt good and rested from the bike all week but long day yesterday. Nice and crisp air/cold start but a bluebird day. Let it rip from the 1st sista and expecting a fade at about #3-4 but never came. On the river and blowing at times but enough pop for Park and a good pull up the 133. Cycling legs are coming back...

almost should not log but targeting no zeros for a while. Got in about 10min in hotel gym before class this morning and then 15min of swimming in the pool after before Weeger picked me up. Back not as sore but ankles major. Feeling rested

Seattle -
tired and back feels really, really sore. Started to feel it last night and spine attachments tinder this morning. Party yoga but major from swim. Legs sore on in again but finally getting over weight session.

inside of legs sore and back still really sore. Noticed next day (now -Wed) thtat ankles are really really sore...in a good way. Maybe from bike spin ups or kicking in pool or lots of walking. Got solid sleep Tue night
