CDM w/ Nick. Felt WAY better with the water and rested. This time 3 loops and finished each strong and so super stoked. Engine on and dreaming a little about getting back to training.

CDM run after swim w/ Nick. Awesome day and felt great! Added some laps around reef point and just chatting it up the entire time. Long day hopping on flight to Seattle but finished car action and wrapping up a lot of items that have been in play last few months. I feel the weight coming off my shoulders and right into my stride.

Big day until late night at AN. Got up early to meet the crew - Scoot, Q, Gary, Nick and Pete C for a roll up Blackstar and I got part of the way to Sierra before I flipped it. Had plenty of time before I had to be back for Kats bday party but just had enough for the day.

Open water with Nick at CDM. Cold at first but great once we got going. OOS! One square and a short out and back. Pretty tire after but back was not a sore as I though it would be.

Early run with Keevin out on Ridge Route and back for some turnover and then around to the path and up by Joes pad. Sweating buckets after the rain and cloudy (humid) morning.

Felt great to start the day like this but fatigued from recent training and no speed in the body.

Ride home from zoo. Busy day but wrapping things up on a couple fronts. Ready for yet another chapter. Risk reward. Excitement.

Easy swim just shaking out the stress. Lots of decisions and conversations playing in my head. Tired a bit and short window between meetings.

Relaxing evening with the family. Tried the trailer w/ Finn again but he just does not like it. Walked over to the park. Such a nice night out!
