Really cool set - happy to have some stroke at the end. Swam in the dive pool (no lines) and side by side with Pearson just making sets. So stoked to be back at Nova!

Heat run from the Hardy's w/ Mo at her pace - down to Laguna Regional park and back. So hot, so humid. Slow but sweating buckets and added a few short hill sprints on the way back. Miss running in dirt and w/ Mo but felt like a 20+ miler by the time we finished. Rained all night after...crazy weather.

easy early run on the trails behind Barbs lake. So nice to run on some trails even if a little worried about ankles. Lots of great routes and so close. Busy day but stoked on the progress.

Q loop and out to bomber and back. G500 in pocket and just running by feel-as usual but felt really good. First run out to B since running again that felt "ez".

Still coughing and eyes swollen when waking but feeling much better.

Made it out. Still a little sick but rounded the corner. Felt great to be in the water and sunshine!!!

Sweating in the trails with Monique. Fun!! Up willow and out to the water then under the 73 for a stage coach run Good loop and perfect timing. New pedals feel like platform - so good! Super stoked on the new rig.
