needless to say, legs are dead. However, rolling out to meet the crew in the early morning the efficiency of my peddling felt like I never stop ridding and I am more stoked than ever how the life balance is rolling along.

Wanted an easier/shorter ride but ended with some good efforts and a drag through the canyon with the crew. Got lost heading down (including riding on the 73fwy) and was planning on meeting up with Art and Eric. Ended up meeting Eric and he was rolling with a crew that decided to meet others and roll the canyon instead of PCH. Hot hills! Solid effort and stoked to be out ridding.

1st Coffee crew ride from Petes.
Meet up with Eric but he left his di2 battery on charger at home so Jenny and me were going to peel of and meet him but then after we got rolling she skidded and shredded a hole in her tubular. I rolled on with about 100 more riders and added a loop around the BB after. The vision started to gel. It's probably been about 3yrs since I have done a group ride.

I'll be back.

Out to Arch rock again with Eric and Max. Wetsuit and fins seating buckets. Working at pace+ with Max and having such a good feel for the water. Fatigue deep in the swim muscles but the fins helped me keep the form and pace in check.

Sunset run with Keevn right as it went down and the water and Catalina was still glowing when we finished. We joined Monique and Finn on the bench and hung out in the warm summer air. Memorable night.

Out to Arch rock with Eric and Anthony. Wore Roka and was hot! Water murky tho and swam to dark. Goggles (just got 3new ones) were so dark I was basically swimming blind. Good practice.

Surprised to see so many teammates at the lunch practice. Sandbaggers just looking for a tan. Ha! I miss that crew and love being back. Tired and fading fast but the water never felt better.

Rolling up the path and a little into the canyon with Mo Machine! She dropped 20min off of here time to Cooks from the last time we did this ride. The trainer is doing something.

Run around the Brisley hood - first ~6min with Moniqie. Felt pretty good but still sore.

Dead legs. Hardly put pressure on the chain but managed to come around. Legs will come around. They will adapt, grow stronger, catch up. There is no other choice.
