up early w/out alarm last week or so... Swollen today. Late Nova start so got out for some technique and got out early to chat with Jim. Sculling muscles really tired and so am I.

250, 4x100 as L arm, R arm, catsup, swim (odds are out front/even at side)
12x25's 4/6/8/10 breathing
8x50 breast, 6x75 back/breast dont really know - flopping at this point.

Felt bonky and just a ton of fatigue. That run and trails were such an easy effort at one point. Ha. Just tired from four progressive weeks and inappropriately high intensity on the bike and run yesterday. Better coming back for sure but ready for some rest.

Jerrys route - ProEco crew. Super fun ride and route. Entire group stuck together and pulling solid the entire route. Mo was there for everything! Pushed to failure a few times on climbs and chasing/pushing on some extended sessions. Legs beyond sore and upper body now too. Finished the bike toasted and stoked!

off the bike - going out a little hot for me w/ Jerry then falling off on the way back. Overcast and hot but manageable today. Quick into suffer mode last ~10min of the run. Towing a truck of fatigue but fired up about such a good group and enjoying the miles.

Rolled around down PCH and then up Crown to meet Jim and walk around O for a bit then Canyon loop and back via Portola. Cloudy but still pretty warm out. Legs destroyed and crawling up the hills but great chatting and enjoying the miles.

Morning Bolsa wetlands. One of the places I have the most miles and really like running here. They have made some improvements to the paths too.

Sore everywhere to the touch but glutes, upper back, shoulders the most. Still felt great running. Never pushing pace and headed back long before fatigue.

Core, box step-ups, myrtles w/ weights - enough to be sore but not destroyed. Enough to be so effortless to execute between calls and make it consistent. Enough to be super stoked about where this is going.

Again, in the evening when I finished the pullies and pull up bar. Just stoked on the setup and going in blasting muscle groups throughout the day. Ha. Take that muscle!

treadmill after - slight uphills so quads feeling much better after. Lower legs feel good now and not too sore all around.

I did pull a muscle in my back yesterday lifting a ceramic pot over a shelf. Not as bad today but bummed I need to put off paddling and maybe swimming for a little.

Stoked back was not an issue. Felt great to be in the water and holding pace until I got out early. Fatigued muscles but solid session

Strength 30:00 [3]

Quads are amazingly sore. Like every step feeling every fiber sore and the front of my calves. Not totally wrecked just a shock from the "hills" I ran with Josh. Calf tendons and IT bands much better and actually gone today. Funny... We ran that section of trail in the last 5mi of a run a few years ago with Wick and Jesse finishing a 25+ mile run ripping down it and I dont even think I was sore the next day. ha. Shocking the muscle. More of that today in the morning and evening in the garage gym. Super duper stoked on that and adding some final things this evening. Long and STRONG.

Morning scramble with Josh up and down his single track. So sore and tendons screaming a bit. Amazing sunrise and so good to be on the trials.
