ProEco big group ride up Crystal Lake. Much warmer than I expected and actually glad Ryan and I just rolled up the back of the pack. Legs pretty dead and man I wanted to flip it a few times. One gear. 2:17ish to the top but felt like hours. Fun gang but bummed about Kylie.

Was going to hit the treadmill but literally pulled into the driveway and Cory called me over and we were cutting and welding metal until now/9pm. Exhausted but pumped on the progress.

Rose Bowl post StarWars work - should have gone before and not killed 90min but lesson learned again to plan ahead. Solid warmth out in the sunshine and long course in one of my favorite pools.

Bonelli on the way out - no socks in the 1400's and sweet sweet memories. Orange and pink sunset with silhouette of LA buildings and glow off the lake. I miss sunset sessions! Legs/hams sore from squats (SLDL w/ KBs earlier yday) but dropped right into cruise mode after about 10min and felt like I could run all night.

So stoked on the week and probably one of the most progressive weeks of my life. Clicking away on 4 major fronts week by week...By the time Keevin and I wrap up Sunday it will be a record for sure and so happy to just be rolling with it. Consistency across diverse goals....focus on the fundamentals

Nova in the dive pool. Cold out but the water was warm. Felt ok but no pop. Cut a 50 out of the 2nd 300 just feeling tired. Upper/mid back sore but didnt feel it swimming.

Stoked on this loop and going to start making it the Subday run - rolling but consistent enough to start tracking mile pace on the long run.

Skipped the run yday for ironworks before Keevins and skipped a ride opportunity today for slicing and dicing up the rest of the metal. Super stoked on the welding! Feeling very rested.

Not much rest at all for this session - pushed it in a few sets and I have not really pushed upper body in a very long time.
