Back of legs from heel to butt very, very sore. Was thinking the Sy Sled pulls or maybe the back ext and I overextended? So dang sore hard to walk...so naturally I started the run from Quail up and over Westridge.

Bomber loop from Quail - Heart loop and down to meet M, F and Brynn. Perfect timing to meet after and see Pete and B on the trail. I love those trails! Legs feel way better compared to the run w/ Anthony on cement but quads and climbing muscles shaking a bit at the end.

Awesome day. Hit up Pete's to check out the new outdoor office and then Hardy party

Long night but feeling better. Missed Rio Bravo and bummed about it but could not have made it out. 3rd race this year pay and no show. No desire to race anyways. Big month of progress and setting up. Made it late to Nova and got out early but solid and stoked I made it. Legs, back and shoulder still really sore

Then 5x400 as odds build and evens broken as 4x100, 8x50
50's CD flop

Wore B70 suit for more than half but water was pretty warm

Stoked to get into this. Longer warmup and felt much better than expected. L knee had a muscle pulled after Fri session - maybe squat pop or from toe/calf issue on fast Friday? Anyways didn't feel it at all today

Solid day - Hit BB after to meet Westas and hike w/ families (and run after) but got a call from Sam and then spent the next ~6hrs with him. Solid day for sure and "change" is required all around if you want it.

Got on the trainer for a bit and sprinted thru the airport a little in my dress shoes that just caused the big toe muscle pull in my L foot from fast Friday blocks jump to move into my calf and foot.

GP training and dinner with the boys.

Up early to ride trainer before heading to PANW corp but over it and just got ready. Sprinting in airport and my feet L foot/calf killing after. Big two days
