Well, I felt the same at the end of the run as I did at the start. lol. Not saying much... Legs ok just tired and heavy. Super nice day out so just full of joy to be on the trails in the sunshine and green hills.
Hiked Bomber after Mariners with the family (hiked Laguna Wild before that) and then I ran home from there down to Quail and skipped NIX on the way back.

Felt good and nowhere near failure - could have keep the reps going but just getting better form with the increase weight. About 20-30lbs more than I have ever had squatting.
No real specific goals or plans for sport but probably the best "general fitness" i have had considering I have been jumping into yoga, 10 mile runs, crossfit, Nova, Century rides at (close enough) to some of my better paces and completing big jumps in PR's across all lifting w/out getting that sore or putting much mental effort into it. More than anything it is effortless to sustain.
