Palomar with the ProEco crew from Rinzlers house. Solid. Legs a little better and slept last night. Ah. 1:27 up but could not get out of the granny gear and made a stop to ride with John. Felt great after the climb and on higher cadence - plenty of endurance - but just no climbing legs.

Long long night. Up at about 12 to 3:30 then off/on until 5. Thinking about Nova swim and run on the track after for a busy day. By the time I got to Nova at 5:45 felt like a zombie. Stretched to get 30min in and wanted to sleep.

Legs are strangly super sore. Maybe dehydrated and A to G squats really stretched my inner legs and not having a warm up l, etc but hard to walk today.

Never got a nap and busy day. Drove w bike but got back to skip it. Tired and so dang sore! Got out to meet Westa but should not have ran. Walked to his house and back home a bit then finally ran to his house. Legs so stiff and shins lit up.

We ran then just hiked and talked. Nice sunset and warm out. So good to chat. I thought I didn't have insoles in these shoes so I grabbed some and stuffed them in on the way out only to realize at the turn around that I had two insoles in each shoe! Man I need sleep!

Loop up SART and down Jam/Harv on the TT. Tired but steady going. Nice and hot out. Pushed pretty hard at swimming Wed and not the best sleep but still holding momentum.
