T-Run with Anthony from the park up into Peters and back. Felt good floating back down but tired and legs really feeling the track.

first track session of many to come this year. WOw. what a kick to the system. Great group and glad that Eric, Jerry and Jose made it out too.

Only did a broken 1mi warn up that will really need to change in the future.
Then we did 1 mile, 1200, 2x800's

I stuck between Jose and Jerry on the mile (5:34 - lifetime fastest yet) and then made the 2nd 1200 a 800 at about the same pace. Just put G500 in my back pocket and ran by feel and with the back of the group. Jerry kept getting faster! Very solid workout. When we finished I looked at the time and only about 28min had gone by....it felt like hours!

Easy jog for about a mile with Jerry afterwards. If I dont get injured I am definitely going to be running much faster.

CDM after run. Felt good to get in the water. Pulling muscles and swim in general pretty tired. Wrist, elbows, shoulders feeling the load

First ride w/ the Enve setup. Got out after work and in the wind from HB (after test) and up to the LBC path, WF and back. Quickest bike I have ridden w/out a doubt. Dialing in a few more things but so fun to ride.

400 pull, 4x100 on 1:45, 50 ez, 4x25 fly in :45, 50 ez

Started off 100's 1:12-->1:08, 2nd round last 3 1:07, ended ~1:09-->1:05

One of the hardest and best swims in a long time. Got pulling strokes down to 13-14 and dropped about 1 stroke on non-pull but working efficiently hard.

Hicks path with Eric under the clouds. Great run and solid pace. So proud of the improvements Eric has made over the last couple months. Felt pretty good and better running each session.

Bolsa run in some mud. Felt so good to get out for a run. Ran into Sally a couple miles in and ran about 4-5mi with her. Great to catch up. Just used phone and put it in my pocket. Felt strong and relaxed entire run. Fun!
