Nova Technique. Still so tired and up a few times last night but not out of bed. Mike was in St G so chill practice splitting the one with Nick. Cloudy and so nice out.

Added some pulling at the end and one quick 100 @ 1:08

Aliso down east road and back, up meadows and down car wreck.

Cloudy, wind but warm. Felt ok but hips and legs sore (in a good way) from the weights and mostly just wanted to get out and be on the trails to clear my head and run free.

Nova at NH HS after ride. Got out a little early but solid paces. Mind swirling so much had a strange feeling like I forgot I was even swimming even with HR pulling hard. Ha. Felt good to get in the water.
