24 after VM lunch and driving around in circles. Not a lot of energy except for wound up mind. Late nights and lazy mornings. Felt so good to move. About 1K pulling.

Laguna Woods loop after dinner and about a dozen rice crispys. Belly full. Body is rested and feeling good but just mentally zapped. All good. Nice to break a sweat. Lower legs still feel like they are working too much.

GMR from Brisley pad w/ Max.

He brought me an 11spd but it was like a 25 so cadence was about 70 the entire time. Legs and energy still not cracking at all so just rolled steady and opted not for EastFork/CL and just rode to the Village for killer breakfast and dropped down to the house.

Got out to the gym later for a weight wu and about 10min on the treadmill before I just decided I was done with it all

Put trainer wheels back on and some books on tape to start. Legs still not feeling good. Rode on fumes to the burrito stop after Crystal Lake turn off and got hot out.
