133 to PCH spin and up BB home after lunch. Legs are allowing me to walk normal today but still sore to the touch and feels like my femur are stronger from the shock. Felt good to spin and just farting around in Newport listening before riding home. Summer.

MTN Bike 30:00 [3]

rolled around the hood at about 8:30pm and it was still light and just started cooling down. Hottest and longest day of the year.

Back is destroyed from the drive, shoulders from the pack, legs...oh goodness my legs have not been this sore in years. Femur bones feel warped it feels so deep.

Finished kitchen at about 1am. Biggest stress section of my life so far behind me and now just executing...waiting out a few weeks and thinking about trailtime again!
